My Role

People in compact living spaces often contend with unsightly exercise equipment that clutters their environment
As remote work becomes more common, the demand for user-friendly home workout systems is increasing. Home workouts offer flexibility in exercise variety and routine customization. They provide the convenience of exercising at any time without commuting or adhering to gym hours.
THE APPROACH
Creating a diverse yet compact system can allow people to get the most out of their workouts
Stacks is a system that offers a wide range of workout options, including box jumping, light hand weights, a foam roller, and a yoga mat. All of these components are integrated into a compact design that doubles as a piece of furniture in the home.
Adding to the environment
The goal of this design is to seamlessly integrate fitness into the daily environment. Stacks is intentionally designed to blend with the living space, ensuring that the workout system does not compromise the aesthetic integrity of the home.
Adaptability
Once Stacks is disassembled and the upper yoga mat is removed, the exposed base offers individuals the opportunity to incorporate anaerobic exercises like box jumping into their home workouts.
